Hi there! I am an IT Enthusiast, with specialise in IT infrastructure. Given that I’m known as a hard worker, others may describe me as “able to deliver result”, trustworthy, honest, and eager to learn new things.
In addition to hands-on technical experience, I also have people management experience. Manage remote and onsite teams, avoid micromanagement, and conduct virtual meetings. Engage in mentoring and coaching the team.
Having expertise managing IT infrastructure at all levels, from entry-level to enterprise. Lead a multicultural, multi-national team to accomplish goals in IT operation, support, and delivery.
